Pathway

Terms of Service

Summit Advisory, LLC d/b/a Level Field Hub · Pathway · Effective 5 October 2026

Pathway helps you decide which tournaments your child should enter. It does not enter them, and it is not USTA.

Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not use Pathway. We operate the service as Summit Advisory, LLC d/b/a Level Field Hub.

Who may use Pathway

You must be 18 or older and the parent or legal guardian of the junior player you add, or otherwise authorised by that parent or guardian. A child may not create an account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in to yourself.

What Pathway is not

About the information we show you

Everything Pathway shows about players, tournaments, points and standings is derived from records USTA and the ITF publish. Standings follow USTA’s weekly publication and entry lists are checked nightly, so a figure can be a few days behind, and if a source changes or goes down we may show you less than usual. Where we cannot work something out, we say so rather than guess.

Registration deadlines are the one to be careful about. Where USTA publishes a closing time we show it; where it publishes only a day, we show the day and never call the event open. Confirm the deadline on the tournament’s own USTA page before you rely on it.

Two tournaments occasionally share one identifier in the published calendar. Where we detect that, the event carries a warning asking you to confirm the date, level and town before you enter. Please read it.

Points, eligibility and selection rules are ours to interpret from USTA’s published regulations, and interpretations can be wrong. If a figure looks wrong to you, tell us — and in any conflict, USTA’s own published standing is the one that counts, not ours.

Free tournaments, and paying

When you add a child we tell you what free use they get, and that is what applies to them. Under the current offer a child with tournament experience gets two free tournament assessments. A use counts once you mark a tournament Signed up or your child appears on its entry list, once per USTA tournament, and clearing it or withdrawing later does not give it back. A child new to tournaments may instead qualify for Beginner Development: 30 days of free access from setup, and registering for a first tournament within those 30 days adds 30 more. Either way the free trial ends 60 days after it starts, even if free assessments are left, unless Pathway Support extends it. After that Pathway is a subscription.

Plans and prices are shown at checkout and are managed by our billing provider, Zoho, which is the record of what you were charged. Before checkout we ask you to agree to automatic renewal: a subscription renews every month or every year, as you chose, until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time from Settings, in Zoho’s billing portal, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate part of a period. When a subscription ends, so does access: a cancelled account does not fall back to free use. If we change a price we will tell you before it applies to you. If a payment fails and is still unpaid 30 days after it was due, the subscription closes; contact Pathway Support to re-establish it.

Your account and your children’s records

One account can cover several children; how many depends on your plan. Children beyond what your plan covers are not deleted — they fall back to their own free allowance. On Solo and Duo you confirm which children are covered, and changing a confirmed child needs Pathway Support to approve it. You can ask us to move a child to another parent’s account, or to remove one added by mistake. Those are different operations with different consequences and we will ask you which you mean.

Using Pathway fairly

We may suspend or close an account that does these things, and we will tell you why.

What belongs to whom

Pathway’s software, design, written explanations and analysis are ours. The underlying competition data belongs to USTA and its publishers. You may use what Pathway shows you to plan your own child’s season, which is the entire point; you may not repackage it as a product.

Availability

We will keep Pathway running as well as we reasonably can, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption, and an upstream source going down will sometimes take part of it with them. We provide the service as it is, without warranties beyond those the law will not let us exclude.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability the law does not permit us to limit.

Ending it

You can close your account whenever you like. We can end these terms if you break them, or if we stop offering Pathway — in which case we will give you notice and a way to take your information with you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and we will email you if a change is significant. Continuing to use Pathway after that means you accept the new version.
